• SMS Consent: SMS opt-in status, consent timestamps, confirmation dates, and opt-out dates
• Campaign Content: Issues, messages, and campaigns you create and send through our platform
• Message Interactions: Message delivery status and replies received from contacts

• Authentication Cookies: Session tokens to keep you logged in
• Timestamps: Account creation, update, and deletion timestamps for record-keeping

• Service Delivery: To provide and maintain our civic engagement platform functionality

• Within Your Network: Campaign organizers can see contact information for people in their own networks that they have added or that have joined their network

• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity
• With Your Consent: We may share information with your explicit consent for specific purposes

• Data Portability: You can request a copy of your data by contacting us
• Withdraw Consent: You can withdraw SMS consent at any time, and request account deletion to stop all data processing

Our platform is designed for use by adults engaged in civic participation. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. If we discover that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

Your information may be transferred to and maintained on servers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where data protection laws may differ. If you are located outside the United States and choose to use our service, your information will be transferred to the United States.
